摘 要:目的了解全国省级药检所及口岸药检所在黄曲霉毒素检测项目的技术水平,发现并解决检验中存在的问题,促进各实验室加强质量管理,完善残留分析质量保证程序,提高检测水平。方法采用国际上通用的稳健统计,用"Z比分数"对黄曲霉毒素的检测能力进行评估。结果共26家实验室报名参加本次比对试验,所有检测结果均为满意的有19家实验室,占参加比对实验室的73.1%。在黄曲霉毒素B1与黄曲霉毒素总量的Z比分数统计中,有7家实验室共出现10次有问题(或可疑)结果,1个实验室出现1次不满意(或离群)。结论全国省级药检所及口岸药检所黄曲霉毒素总体检测能力较高,部分实验室技术质量水平有待提高,对没有检验能力的实验室建议加强软、硬件建设,尽快填补检测空白。Objective To investigate the technical level of aflatoxin determination of Provincial Institute for Drug Control and the National Port Institute for Drug Control. To explore and solve the existing problems in aflatoxin determination, so as to promote quality management of laboratories, strengthen and improve the residue detection level. Methods Internationally accepted statistical robustness methods were adopted for the analysis, and " Z-score" was used to evaluate the detection ability. Results Totally 19 laboratories (73.1~) out of 26 enrolled laboratories presented satisfactory results for all experiments. In the Aflatoxin B1 and total aflatoxins Z-score statistics, a total of 7 laboratories appeared 10 times questionable results (or suspicious), unsatisfactory result (or outliers) was observed once from one laboratory. Conclusion The aflatoxin detection level of Provincial Institute for Drug Control and the National port Institute for Drug Control was relative high, but the technical ability of a few laboratories need to be improved, and these laboratories which cannot detect aflatoxins should strengthen of software and hardware construction as soon as possible to fill in the gaps.
