弱激光对脑梗塞患者红细胞膜脂代谢等的影响

摘　　要：本文对 2 5例脑梗塞患者进行低能量 He- Ne激光血管内照射 (IL IB)治疗 ,并在治疗前后测定红细胞膜胆固醇 /膜磷脂比值 ,膜流动性及红细胞变形能力。结果表明以上指标治疗前后均有显著性差异 ,IL IB确能降低红细胞胆固醇 /膜磷脂比值 ,提高膜流动性及改善红细胞变形能力 ,从而改善微循环及组织供氧。本文还探讨了激光的作用机理。cases with cerebral infarction were treated by infravaseular He-Ne laser irradiation on blood (ILIB).In the treatm ent befor and after,membrane-cholesterol (C)/membrane-phosphatide (P),membran e fluidity (F) and deformability of erythrocyte were dedermined.The result showe d that they were significant difference between the treatment before and after.I LIB true reduce the ratio of membrane-cholesteol/membrane-phosphatide,heighten membrane fluidity and improve deformability of erythrocyte,thus improve blood c irculation and providing oxygen for tissue.At last,the mechanism of laser effect was analysed.
