摘　　要：本研究将自我控制的双系统启动模型与自我控制的能量模型整合起来形成了新的自我控制理论。并力求通过运用这一理论对网络成瘾的作用机制进行解释并提出心理干预的新思路。研究表明,利用整合的自我控制理论能够解释大学生网络成瘾的原因,并且可以根据网络成瘾者所处阶段的不同提供相应的矫治措施。This study combines the Double System Model Self-control with the Strength Model Self-con- trol to form a new theory of self-control. And try to use this theory to explain the mechanism of action of inter- net addiction and propose the new idea of psychologi- cal intervention. The result of this study shows, the reason of college students addict to internet can be ex- plained by integrated self-control theory in some de- gree, and the theory can provide appropriate rehabili- tation measures, which according to the different stages of the internet addictions.
