摘　　要：知识经济时代的到来,迫切需要现代图书馆实施人本管理机制去激励和开发馆员的潜能,现代图书馆应将"以馆员为本"和"以读者为本"结合起来,协同发展,实现人本管理理念,更好地进行知识服务。The coming of the era of knowledge economy urgently needs the modern library to implement the humanistic management mechanism to motivate and develop the potential of librarians,the modern library should combine the librarian-oriented concept with the reader-oriented concept for the collaborative development,and realize the humanistic management,and further improve the knowledge service.
