摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定四物颗粒中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent C_(18)(TC)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(30:70),流速为0.8ml·min^(-1),检测波长为321nm,进样量10μl,柱温35℃。结果:阿魏酸对照品进样量在4.99~208.00ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。平均加样回收率为101.79%,RSD为1.33%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于四物颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定。Objective ： To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Siwu granules by HPLC. Method ： A column ofAgilent C18 （TC） （ 250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）with the temperature of 35℃ was used to separate the target component, the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0, 1% phosphate solution （30： 70） , the flow rate was 0.8 ml ·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 321 nm. Result： The linear range of ferulic acid was 4.99-208.00 ng（ r = 0.999 8 ）, and the＇average recovery was 101.79% with RSD of 1.33% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable in the content determination of Siwu granules.
