摘  要:目的现对急性脑梗死患者的雌二醇水平和脑血管病的相关危险因素进行观察,探讨雌二醇与缺血性脑血管病的关系。方法选取100例绝经后急性脑梗死女性患者和健康对照组40人,检测体内的雌二醇水平,血脂,血糖,凝血四项,血小板聚集率等临床指标及应用NIHSS量表进行神经功能缺损评分,时以上数据进行比较。结果脑梗死组的雌二醇含量显著低于对照组(P〈0.01)。脑梗死组的胆固醇、甘油三酯以及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。雌二醇与胆固醇、甘油三酯、I。DI。以及NIHSS均呈负相关(P〈0.01),与高密度脂蛋白(HDI。)呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论脑梗死患者的雌激素水平降低,雌激素水平降低可致血脂改变,神经功能缺损程度加重。Objective To investigate the relationship between estradiol and ischemic cerebrovascu- lar disease blood lipid by observing risk factors of the serum level of estrogen and cerebrovascular disease of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The serum levels of estradiol(E2) and blood lipid profile including triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), and tested with NIHSS scores in 100 postm- enopausal women with cerebral infarction and 40 women without cerebral infarction (control group) were determined. Results The mean level of E2 was significantly lower in the cerebral infarction group than that in the control group (P〈 0.01). The serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and LDL lev- el of female patients were significantly higher than those of the controls (P 〈 0.01). The mean level of E2 and TC, TG, LDL, NIHSS were positively correlated, and HDL were negatively correlated (P 〈0.01). Conclusions The levels of estradiol decrease in acute cerebral infarction patients. The decrease of estrogen level can induce the abnormal changes of blood lipid profile and expedite atherosclerosis.
