摘　　要：伴随着原料全球化、市场国际化进程加快,国内炼厂受到国际原油价格波动影响日趋明显。准确及时的财务效益测算能力,才能让企业捕捉到瞬息万变的市场机会,从而提高决策管理水平,实现经济效益更大化、成本控制目标化、结构配置合理化。本文介绍了RPMS模型在企业财务效益预测领域的最新应用,包括利用RPMS进行财务效益预测的方法、流程及结果分析等内容。With the giobalization of raw materials and the internationalization of domestic markets, domestic refineries are affected significantly by the fluctuations of international crude oil prices.Accurare and timely financial benefits calculation capabilities are necessary for enterprises to capture the ever-changing market opportunities, improve decision management level, and to achieve greater economic efficiency.This article describes the the latest applications of RPMS model in corporate financial budget, including the prediction methods, processes and results of analysis, etc.
