摘　　要：建设社会主义文化强国战略的形成,是我们党在和平与发展的时代条件下对中国特色社会主义文化建设规律的认识不断深化的必然结果,是全球化背景下维护国家文化安全的重要性日益凸显的必然要求,是当代中国社会转型期多元文化相互并存、相互冲突条件下的必然产物。The strategy of constructing a powerful cultural country has a comprehensive engendering background. Our Party has learned more carefully aboul the discipline of our country＇s culture construction in the peaceful and developing times, which causes our government to take corresponding strategy in time. Under the condition of the globalization, the cultural safety is becoming more and more important, which requires our Party to pay more attention to upgrading the cultural soft power. Many kinds of culture coexist and conflict in China during the transformation period, which makes it face a lot of austere crises and challenge to upgrade the cultural soft power.
