高校二级学院图书资料室“3+1”服务模式的构建及效果分析——以内蒙古科技大学煤炭学院为例

摘　　要：高校二级学院图书资料室所藏文献信息丰富,专业性强,服务便捷,是教学和科研工作的重要平台。内蒙古科技大学煤炭学院的建设实践证明,构建"3+1"服务模式,加强文献资源、服务和环境3个平台的建设,对于学科建设、专业建设和课程建设具有坚实的支撑作用,可有效提高教学质量和提升学生就业竞争力。The books and reference materials room of secondary college in university,which has abundant literature information,strong professional feature and convenient service,is an important platform for the teaching and scientific research.The construction practice of the Coal College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology proves that constructing ＂three plus one＂service mode,and strengthening the construction of three platforms of literature resources,service and environment possesses the solid support for discipline construction,specialty construction and course construction,and can improve effectively the teaching quality and promote employment competitiveness of the students.
