摘　　要：职业倦怠现象已成为当前图书馆行业一个非常现实的问题。列举了职业倦怠现象在图书馆的具体表现,阐述了图书馆职业倦怠现象产生的原因,提出了图书馆员克服职业倦怠的对策。The phenomenon of job burnout has become a real problem in library field.This paper lists the specific performances of the job burnout phenomenon in the library,expounds the reasons of the job burnout phenomenon,and puts forward some countermeasures for the librarians to overcome the job burnout.
