摘　　要：目的：探讨不同方法治疗下肢静脉曲张的效果。方法：2000年3月至2008年7月对108例下肢静脉曲张，分别采用大隐静脉高住结扎抽剥法75例，静脉腔内激光闭合术（EVLT）33例。结果：108例随访3～36个月，平均15个月，随访患者疗效满意。结论2种方法有其各自的适应证，静脉腔内激光闭合术（EVLT）安全、有效、创伤小、并发症少，是治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的一种比较理想方法，但术前选择好病例比较重要。Objective： To investigate the different methods of treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity effect. Methods：from 2000 March to 2008 July 108 cases of varicose veins of lower extremity, respectively with high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping method in 75 cases, en- dovenous laser intravenous （EVLT） in 33 cases. Results：108 cases wei＇e followed up for 3 ~ 36 months, average 15 months follow--up, patients sat- isfaction. Conclusion： the 2 methods have their respective indications, endovenous laser intravenous （EVLT） is safe, effective,less trauma, less compli- cations,and is an ideal method for the treatment of superficial varicose veins of lower extremity,but preoperative selection of patients is important.
