颊脂垫切除手术在颊部美容术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨颊脂垫切除手术在颊部美容术中的应用。方法选取我院于2010年9月2013年5月间收治的40例接受颊部美容术的患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各20例，观察组采用颊脂垫切除手术，对照组采用颊部抽脂术，比较两组患者术后满意率。结果：观察组术后患者满意率为90％，对照组为70％，两组比较有统计学差异，（P〈0．05）。结论：手术切除颊脂垫在面部美容术中效果较明显，值得临床推广使用。Objective： To explore the application of the buccal fat pad excision operation in buccal cosmetology. Methods in our hospital in 2010 September --2013 year in May 40 cases receiving cheek surgery patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 20 eases in each group, the observation group was treated with huccal fat pad excision operation, the control group using cheek liposuction, satisfaction rate of patients were compared hetween the two groups after the. Results： the patients in the observation group patients satisfac tion rate was 90%, 70% in the control group, a significant difference between two groups, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： operation resection of buccal fat pad in facial cosmetic surgery effect is obvious, it is worthy of clinical use.
