摘　　要：本文提出了刑事诉讼程序功能这一范畴 ,认为刑事诉讼程序功能是联系刑事诉讼程序价值与具体规范的中介或桥梁。作者在这种认识的基础上 ,全面分折了刑事诉讼程序作为解决刑事冲突应当具有的自治、交涉、事实整合、法律合成等四大功能。The author comes up with the term——the function of the criminal procedure, which the author believes an effective medium or a bridge closely connected with the value of the criminal procedure. The author, therewithal, makes a comprehensive research on the concrete four functions: self-rule, negotiation, evidence coincidence and legal integrity which the criminal procedure should have as a means of solving criminal conflicts.
