摘 要:目的:优选微波辅助提取虎杖中白藜芦醇的最佳工艺。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定白藜芦醇的含量,并以白藜芦醇的提取率为参考指标,通过单因素实验及正交实验方法对微波辅助提取法(MAE)提取虎杖中白藜芦醇的最佳工艺进行研究。结果:经过正交实验得到从虎杖白藜芦醇的最佳工艺为:微波辅助作用时间15 min以70%的乙醇为提取剂,料液比1:30,微波辅助功率为500W。结论:该实验确定的最佳提取工艺简便、快速、准确,灵敏度高和重现性好等优点。Objective:To study the extraction process of the resweratrol from Polygonum Cuspidatum with The Microwave-Assisted extraction. Methods:The microwave-assisted extraction conditions of resweratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb et Zucc were investigated by the orthogonal design using the content of resweratrol as index,determined by UV spectrophotometry Result:Through orthogonal experiment to extract resveratrol from Polygonum Cuspidatum best technology are studied as fol ows:Microwave-assisted reaction time 15 min with 70%ethanol as extraction ,microwave power is 500W and 30 times of solvent amount Conclusion:the above method for the quantification was proved to have the advantages of simple operation, rapidity, high sensitivity and fine repetition.
