基于VB的牛头刨床六杆机构设计软件研制

摘　　要：为了便于牛头刨床六杆机构的设计,使用VB6.0开发了界面化的设计软件。该软件可实现牛头刨床中5种传动方案的六杆机构尺度综合、运动简图参数化绘制、工作原理动画演示及刨刀的运动特性曲线生成;同时还通过VB语言对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,利用SolidWorks提供的API接口,实现了5种传动方案的六杆机构三维实体建模与自动装配,并为设计数据建立了相关的数据库。该软件的开发对牛头刨床六杆机构的设计有一定的指导意义。In order to design six-bar linkage of shaper easily, the interface software about design and calculation was developed on the basis of VB6. 0. The software could be used to realize design calculation of sports diagram parametric drawing, working principle animation and the generating of movement characteristic curves of planer tool. At the same time, secondary development about Solid- Works software was carried out throught VB language. Using the API interfaces provided by SolidWorks, the three dimensional para- metric model and automatic assembly of five kinds of transmission scheme for the six-bar linkage of shaper were realized. Finally data- base was established for the related design data. The development of the software has some significance on the design of six-bar linkage of shaper.
