摘 要:针对电解铜箔后处理机的工作方式和特点,分别建立了放卷张力动力学模型和机列第1段张力动力学模型,并综合考虑卷径变化、材料厚度、材料宽度以及各段机列的料长等因素,在Matlab的仿真环境下,建立了和实际电解铜箔后处理机控制系统较为相似的仿真系统模型,通过张力环和速度环双闭环PID控制,获得了预期的仿真结果。为实际控制系统的搭建和控制程序的编写提供了理论依据。In this paper, dynamic tension model of unwinding and first section of machine column were established according to working methods and characteristics of the copper foil post processor. Considering the roll diameter, material thickness, the width of the material and the material long of machine column, simulation system model which was similar to the actual electrolytic copper foil post processor control system was established un- der the simulation environment of Matlab. The de- sired simulation results were obtained through the methods of double closed loop PID control which consist of tension loop and speed loop. And this method would provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of the actual control system structure and control procedures.
