英语专业学生“中国文化失语现象”之反思

摘　　要：英语专业学生的"中国文化失语现象"表现为,在表达能力上,学生母语文化的英语表达能力低下;在题材选择上,学生钟爱英美文化。导致这一现象的原因是,学生认知和习得母语文化的热情不高,母语文化知识储备不足,以及相关英语词汇、词群和句群欠缺。加强中国母语文化教育,首先要提高中国母语文化的完整性,其次教师要提高自身的文化修养,有意识地加强母语文化的输入,引导学生形成正确的跨文化交际观。The ＂Chinese cultural aphasia＂ of the students in English majors can be represented as a poor expressive ability of mother-tongue culture in terms of expressive ability; in choice of theme, the students prefer the Anglo- American culture. The reason for this phenomenon is that the students＇ enthusiasm for cognition and acquisition of mother-tongue culture is not high, the reserves of mother-tongue cultural knowledge are insufficient, and the related English vocabulary, phrases and sentence groups are deficient. To strengthen the education of mother-tongue culture, above all we must improve the integrity of Chinese mother-tongue culture, and then the teachers should improve the accomplishment of their own culture, consciously strengthen the input of mother-tongue culture and guide the students to develop the correct outlook of cross-culture communication.
