摘  要:锻造钩舌是一种常用的铁路车辆车钩牵引部件,该产品截面变化大、形状复杂、成形困难,存在不容易锻造的薄筋。根据该产品的尺寸和形状特点制定了合理的工艺方案,并且对拔模斜度和模具圆角进行了优化,对锻件折叠缺陷进行了模拟并提出解决措施。根据优化后的方案进行锻造模具设计,最终通过生产验证说明,批量生产的效果良好。The forged knuckle is a kind of common drawing components used for couplers of railway wagons. The product has various sections,complicated shape and thin rib, which is difficult to form. According to the characters of forged knuckles, the process schemes were developed and draft angle and radius were optimized. The folding defect was simulated and the solutions were presented. Further, the forging dies were designed based on optimized technical process. Finally, the practical test shows that the parts of volume product are good.
