海带荷叶减肥膏对肥胖大鼠的减肥降脂功效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究海带荷叶减肥膏对肥胖大鼠的减肥降脂功效。方法:通过给予雌、雄SD大鼠海带荷叶减肥膏及阳性药奥利司他,观察海带荷叶减肥膏对大鼠血清4项指标胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)以及体重变化,体脂湿重和Lee’s指数的变化。结果:海带荷叶减肥膏各剂量组对雌鼠体重、体脂系数的影响较模型组比较有显著降低(p<0.01),高、低剂量组Lee’s指数较模型组有所下降(p<0.05);各剂量组对雄鼠体重、体脂系数、Lee’s指数较模型组均无显著性差异(p>0.05);从大鼠血生化指标来看,海带荷叶减肥膏可降低雌、雄大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL。结论:海带荷叶减肥膏对雌鼠有一定预防肥胖和血脂升高功效,对雄鼠有预防血脂升高功效但无预防肥胖作用。Objective： This study was initiated to investigate whether oral administration of kelp lotus cream can reduce weight and lipids of fat rat.Methods： Study on the changes of these indexes such as cholesterol（TC）,triglycerides（TG）,high-densitylipoprotein（HDL）,low-densitylipoprotein（LDL）,bodyweight,body fat and Lee＇s index in rats by give the rats kelp lotus cream and Orlistat as the contrast.Result： The body weight,body fat coefficient of each dose group of female compared with the model group was significantly lower（P0.01）,Lee＇s index of the low and high dose groups were decreased（P0.05）.The body weight,body fat coefficient,Lee＇s index of each dose group of male compared with the model group was no significant difference（P0.05）,while blood biochemical analysis showed TC,TG,LDL were lower than modle group. Conclusion： Kelp lotus cream haveprevent lipidrising and obesity effect on female rats. For the male rats, there have a certain prevent lipidrising effect without weight loss.
