摘　　要：目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）和KISS-1蛋白在肾细胞癌组织中表达的临床意义及其相关性.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-2、KISS-1蛋白在70例肾细胞癌组织及30例正常肾脏组织中的表达.结果 肾细胞癌组织中MMP-2和KISS-1阳性表达率分别是65.71％和31.43％,两者表达呈负相关（P＜0.05）.两者表达水平均与肿瘤病理分级及临床分期有关.结论 MMP-2与KISS-1可作为反映肾细胞癌生物学行为的参考指标之一.Objective To explore the clinical significance and their relationship of matrix metalloproteinase （MMP）-2 and KISS-1 in renal cell carcinoma.Methods The immunohistochemistry staining method was used to evaluate the expression of MMP-2 and KISS-1 in 70 cases of renal cell cancer （RCC） and 30 cases of normal renal tissue as control1.Results The expression of MMP-2 and KISS-1 was negatively correlated （P ＜0.05）,and their positive incidence were 65.71％ and 31.43％.They were related to tumor pathological grade and clinical stage.Conclusion MMP-2 and KISS-1 are objective marks to estimate the behaviors of renal cell carcinoma.
