摘 要:金属工件在成型、加工、焊接、热处理中由于外力的局部施加或者温度不均匀都会在体内留下残余应力。尤其对如隧道式连续洗衣机组(洗衣龙)内筒这类型的大尺寸薄壁焊接件,残余应力影响较为突出。文中研究了按国家振动时效的工艺标准用振动时效的方法,降低或消除洗衣龙内筒焊接件残余应力。Considerable residual stresses exist in the metal workpieces when they are formed by being processed,welded or heat-treated.The reason is mainly because the external forces acting on the metal workpieces are not balanced partially,and the heat quantity is not always average around the workpiece,especially when we weld a large thin-walled parts,eg.The inner barrel of Continuous Batch Washer (CBW),much residual stresses exist in the inner barrels.Sometime the peak value of residual stress is so high that engineers cannot be ignored at all.What's more,much residual stresses could destroy the welded inner barrels.So this article disscusses and researches Vibratory Stress Relief to reduce or eliminate the residual stresses in the manufacture.
