摘 要:建设和谐劳动关系需要雇主的主动性和积极性,其对劳资合作在企业经营中的重要性认知将直接决定其劳动关系管理实践,进而决定了企业劳动关系和谐的程度以及企业的经营绩效。美国石油大亨约翰·戴维森·洛克菲勒(JohnD.Rockefeller)、英国知名成衣零售企业Burton的创始人蒙塔古·伯顿(Montague Burton)和中国民生公司创始人卢作孚三位知名企业家,在年代相同的20世纪上半叶,都表现出了相似但又有差异的劳资合作思想,并对本国的劳动关系管理产生深远影响。本文对比三位企业家所处的社会、经济和政治背景,分别对其劳动关系管理实践进行阐述和分析,目标在于借鉴企业家们作为雇主在劳资双赢方面的经营理念和管理实践。Harmonious labor relations rely on the employer's initiative and enthusiasm. The perception of cooperation between employers and employees by employers directly decides the labor relations management policies and practices, and then influences the harmonious degree of labor relations and enterprises' performance. The founder of the Standard Oil Company Mr. John D. Rockefeller, the founder of a famous UK clothing Burton Company Mr. Montague Burton, and the founder of China Ming Sheng Company Mr. Lu Zuofu, three of them are well-know entrepreneurs. They managed their companies in the earlier of 20th century and had the similar win-win business philosophy between employees and employers which influences the labor relations management in their nations respectively. Based on the context analysis of social, economy and politics, this paper compares the labor relations management practices of the three employers, trying to get some implications in the respect of employers' side that is possible to conduct win-win business philosophy of labor relations.
