癌痛宁巴布剂皮肤刺激性和致敏试验

摘　　要：目的 :研究观察癌痛宁巴布剂的皮肤刺激性和致敏性。方法 :对脱毛豚鼠一次性和多次性给予癌痛宁巴布剂、赋形剂和阳性对照物 2 ,4-二硝基氯苯 ,评分标准按“中药新药临床前研究指导原则”中的有关内容 ,对实验结果进行评定。结果 :豚鼠一次性和多次性涂用癌痛宁巴布剂后 ,在完整皮肤用药部位未见出现红斑、水肿等皮肤刺激反应 ;而对破损皮肤 ,一次性或多次涂药后 ,用药部位均出现轻度刺激反应。提示本品应尽量避免用于破损皮肤。Objective: To study the skin irritation and allergia of Ai tong Ning plaster. Method: To apply hair cut guinea pigs with Ai tong Ning plaster, excipient 2, 4 dinitro chlorobenzene once or more times, then judge the results according to 'Instructive principle for preclinic study of new Chinese drugs'. Result: No irritation reaction occurred in complete skin after applied Ai tong Ning plaster once or more times, but in injured skin, light irritation reaction ocurred. It indicated that the drug had no irritation and allegia on complete skin but should be avoided on injured skin.
