摘 要:创新高校人才培养模式,必须切实遵循人才培养规律,更加关注学生的个性差异,主动跟进学生的主体需求,综合考虑学生的能力水平、兴趣爱好、自主学习等方面因素,实施因材施教。应通过大工程观教育、特色教育、精英教育等分层分类教学,充分拓展学生的"最近发展区",努力提高高校的"教育性因素",从而适应学生的主体性发展,提升人才的国际竞争力。The innovation of university talents training model must conform to the laws of talents training by paying more attention to students individual differences, taking the initiative to keep abreast with the students main demand, and taking the foUowing factors into consideration such as the level of students abilities, hobbies and self-learning. Furthermore, the concept of individualization should be implemented through stratification and classification teaching in terms of high quality engineering education, features education, and elite education, so as to fully expand students zone of proximal development, improve college educational elements, and accordingly adapt to the students development of subjectivity, meet the social various needs and enhance their international competitiveness force.
