摘 要:在四川丘陵区的遂渝铁路遂宁站附近,以铁路边坡和农田边坡为对象,邻近的自然边坡为对照,对不同类型边坡土壤重金属含量和微生物参数进行研究。结果表明:土壤重金属Pb、Cr和Zn含量表现为农田边坡>铁路边坡>自然边坡,土壤重金属Cd含量表现为铁路边坡>农田边坡>自然边坡,土壤重金属Cu含量表现为铁路边坡=农田边坡>自然边坡;土壤细菌数量表现为农田边坡>自然边坡>铁路边坡,土壤真菌数量、放线菌数量、土壤微生物量氮含量、脲酶活性、蔗糖酶活性和多酚氧化酶活性均表现为自然边坡>农田边坡>铁路边坡,土壤微生物量碳含量和过氧化氢酶活性表现为农田边坡=自然边坡>铁路边坡,土壤微生物量碳氮比表现为铁路边坡>农田边坡>自然边坡,土壤蛋白酶活性表现为自然边坡>农田边坡=铁路边坡。相关性分析表明,边坡土壤微生物参数与5种重金属含量之间表现出一定的相关关系,不同种类重金属对各土壤微生物参数的影响表现出一定的差异性。Soil heavy metal content and microbiological parameters were investigated in different types of soil on railway slope(RS)and farmland slope(FS)of Suiyu railway,and set the natural slope(NS)as control.The results indicated that the contents of soil heavy metal Pb,Cr and Zn had the same rules with the following order:FSRSNS.The content of soil heavy metal Cd followed the order as of RSFSNS.The content of soil heavy metal Cu had the rule as follows:There was no significant difference between RS and FS,while these values in both RS and FS were significantly higher than that in NS.The quantity of bacteria quantity followed the order as of FSNSRS.The quantity of fungi,actinomyces,soil microbial biomass nitrogen(SMBN)and the activities of urease,sucrase and polyphenol oxidase had the same rules with the following order:NSFSRS.Soil microbial biomass carbon(SMBC)and the activity of catalase had the rule as follows:There was no significant difference between FS and NS,while these values in both FS and NS were significant higher than that in RS.Soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen ratio followed the order as of RSFSNS.The activity of proteinase had the rule as follows:There was no significant difference between FS and RS,while these values in both FS and RS were significantly lower than that in NS.By correlation analysis,it showed that there was a correlation between microbiological parameters and soil heavy metal contents(p0.05).
