逆行喷灌注药式泪道插管外用中药治疗慢性泪囊炎临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗慢性泪囊炎的新方法。方法 :设计符合泪道形态的新型可注药式插管 ,从鼻腔端逆行插管 ,抽出于眼的下泪小点 ;灌注自行研制的外用中药。结果 :本组 71例中 ,治愈 5 9例 ,占 83% ;好转 8例 ,占 11% ;无效 4例 ,占 6 % ;平均疗程为 18d;最短者 9d;最长者 5 9d。结论 :逆行喷灌注药式泪道插管的研制及外用中药治疗慢性泪囊炎的灌注应用具有确切疗效 ,符合生理特点 ,有利眼及面部美容。Objective: To study a new way for the tear sac inflammation with the combination of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine . Methods: Designing the new fashion inserting tube which fiting the lacrimal passage size and from which we can insert medicine. The tube should be upward inserted at the noise cavity and should be drown from the inflacrimal puncta and then pouring the external used traditional Chinese medicine made ourselves. Results: In all 71 cases, 59 cases were cured (81%), 8 cases (11%) had effect and 4 cases (6%) had no effect. The aveage period of treatment was 18 days, the shortest period was 9 days and the longest period was 59 days. Conclusion: Studying and making the inserting of adverse pouring and puffing medicine fashion and the external used traditconal Chinese medicine treating the chronic tear sac inflammation had the definite effect, fit the physiologic character and benefited the cosmeto logy of eyes and face.
