摘　　要：介绍新西兰开展碳排放交易的背景、制度设计和运行模式以及林业参与碳排放交易的政策安排和启示意义,总结我国碳交易的相关政策实践和发展进程,结合我国林业实际提出推进我国林业碳汇交易的总体思路和政策建议。This paper introduced the background, policy design and operation mode of carbon emission trading scheme in New Zealand, and described the policy arrangements of forestry involvement in this trading scheme and discussed its significance and enlightenment on China. It summarized the policies, practices and development process related to carbon trading in China. Finally, the overall thought and policy recommendations for promoting China＇ s carbon sink trading were proposed based on the specific conditions of Chinese forestry.
