摘 要:将乙烯基硅油/聚脲甲醛微胶囊按一定比例添加到环氧改性有机硅涂料中,制备了在紫外光辐照下可自修复的有机硅涂层材料。考察了涂料的自修复过程以及固化后涂层断面形貌,以及微胶囊的含量对涂层常规性能、自修复性能、电化学性能以及热性能的影响。结果表明:制备的有机硅涂料具有良好的自修复性能,随着微胶囊含量的增加,涂层的电化学阻抗值增大,软化温度下降。A silicone coating material that could be self- healing under ultraviolet irradia- tion was prepared by adding vinyl silicone oil/poly( urea- formaldehyde) microcapsules to an epoxy - modified silicone coating at a certain proportion. The self - healing curing process and the cross section morphology of the coating were inestigated. Effects of the content of the mi- crocapsules on general performances, self- healing behavior, electrochemical properties and thermal properties of the coating were discussed. Results showed that the obtained silicone coating possessed good self- healing performance. When increasing the content of the micro- capsules, the electrochemical impedance value of the coating was increased and the softening temperature was decreased. This research provided some implication value for the developmentand application of self- healing coatings.
