摘 要:采用荧光光谱法研究了β-环糊精交联聚合物(β-CDP)与盐酸巴马汀(PAL)的相互作用。结果表明,在强碱性条件下β-CDP对PAL能产生显著的荧光增敏作用,据此建立了水溶液中高灵敏测定PAL的荧光光谱法。在最佳条件下,适量PAL溶液,1mL 0.001mol/L的β-CDP水溶液,6.0mL 10mol/L NaOH溶液,室温下反应,24h内完成测定,测定β-CDP-PAL包合物荧光强度的激发波长364nm,发射波长442nm。测定PAL的线性范围为2~1 000ng/mL,检出限为0.65ng/mL。该方法可用于药物制剂及生物体液中PAL含量的测定。The binding capacity ofβ-cyclodextrins cross-linked polymer(β-CDP) to palmatine chloride (PAL) has been studied by spectrofluorimetry. The results showed that with PAL in 6.0 mol/L NaOH β-CDP formed stable inclusion complex, meanwhile the fluorescence intensity of PAL increased remarkably. At the optimum reaction conditions, the linear calibration graph were obtained in the concentration range of 2-1 000 ng/mL for the investigated samples and the detection limit was 0.65 ng/mL. The proposed method was applied successfully for the determination of PAL in pharmaceutical dosage form, spiked human urine and spiked plasma.
