摘  要:以油辣椒固液混合物料为研究对象,通过Eulerian多相流模型分析卧式组合搅拌槽内流体的宏观速度场、时均速度、密度场和各相体积分数的分布状况。模拟结果表明:螺带-直桨卧式组合搅拌槽对于多相流具有较佳的全局搅拌效果,螺旋桨叶迎流面和背流面周围较易形成峰值和谷值,紊流特性明显;搅拌槽两侧增设直叶桨,平均搅拌速度加大,搅拌死角得到改善;搅拌槽设置圆弧状底面,粘壁现象优化,搅拌均匀度提高。Solid-liquid mixed materials chili oil was selected for the research object,it analyzed the macroscopic velocity field, mean velocity components, density field and volume fraction of each phase distribution in the horizontal combined stirred tank by Eulerian multiphase flow model. The simulation results showed the horizontal combined stirred tank with ribbon-straight paddle had better overall mixing effect for multiphase flow, the area around facing and back surface was easier to form peaks and valleys, and the turbulence characteristics were obvious. When straight bladed paddles were installed on both sides of stirred tank, the average stirring speed increased and the stirring blind angles improved, and Arc-shaped stirring bottom surface was conducive for optimization of stick wall phenomenon and improvement of mixing uniformity.
