大隐静脉曲张弹力纤维鞣酸组化染色的电镜观察

摘　　要：目的观察大隐静脉曲张弹力纤维超微结构的改变,探讨弹力纤维与大隐静脉曲张的发生、发展的关系。方法采用鞣酸组化染色技术,应用透射电镜观察人大隐静脉曲张(30例)和正常对照(11例)静脉壁弹力纤维的变化。结果经鞣酸组化染色后弹力纤维呈高电子密度。正常大隐静脉壁弹力纤维形状较完整;大隐静脉曲张静脉壁弹力纤维分离、断裂、崩解,且数量减少。结论大隐静脉曲张静脉壁弹力纤维结构的变化致其弹性明显改变,与大隐静脉曲张的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To evaluate the serum level of survivin in patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA） and osteoarthritis （OA）,so as to analyze its changes and clinical correlation in RA and OA.Methods A total of 114 patients with RA,31 patients with OA and 30 healthy controls were enrolled for the study.The serum levels of survivin were determined by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay （ELISA）,and its correlation with clinical and immunological parameters in RA and OA was analyzed.Results （1） The serum levels of survivin in RA patients were higher than that in OA patients and healthy controls （P 〈 0.05） ; （2） No significant difference was fotmd of the serum survivin level between active group and remission group （P 〉 0.05） ; （3） The serum levels of survivin in RA patients with erosive joint disease were higher than that without erosive joint disease （P 〈 0.01） ; The serum levels of survivin in RA patients with non-erosive joint disease were higher than that in OA patients （P 〈 0.05） ; The duration,rheumatoid factor （RF） and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody （anti-CCP） of RA patients with erosive joint disease were higher than these with non-erosive joint disease （P 〈 0.05） ; The duration,RF,anti-CCP,C-reactive protein （CRP） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） of RA patients with non-erosive joint disease were higher than OA patients （P 〈 0.05） ; （4） The serum levels of survivin in patients with RA were positive correlated with the duration of disease,RF,anti-CCP and vdH-Sharp score （r=0.289,P 〈 0.01 ; r=0.385,P 〈 0.01 ; r=0.803,P 〈0.01 ; r =0.341,P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The serum level of survivin is significantly increased in patients with RA,which is correlated with bone erosion.RA patients with high level of survivin tend to have high risk in persistent joint damage and high disease activity.
