摘 要:为研究低聚木糖与地衣芽孢杆菌合生素对东台地方草鸡生长性能、免疫功能及空肠形态结构的影响,将300只40日龄东台地方草鸡随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.015%低聚木糖、0.25%地衣芽孢杆菌、0.0075%低聚木糖+0.125%地衣芽孢杆菌、0.01125%低聚木糖+0.1875%地衣芽孢杆菌。结果表明:(1)Ⅰ、Ⅱ组只均采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而Ⅲ、Ⅳ组只均采食量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组平均日增重分别比对照组提高5.66%、4.37%、11.41%、11.84%(P<0.05);料重比则分别比对照组降低6.95%、6.28%、12.56%、12.78%(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组脾脏指数、法氏囊指数均高于对照组,其中Ⅰ组脾脏指数、Ⅱ组法氏囊指数分别比对照组高30.12%、25.52%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。(3)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组空肠绒毛长度均高于对照组,其中Ⅳ组差异显著(P<0.05),4个试验组黏膜厚度均高于对照组,隐窝深度均浅于对照组,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。可见低聚木糖与地衣芽孢杆菌以合生素形式添加到东台地方草鸡日粮中时可产生协同作用,作用效果以0.01125%低聚木糖+0.1875%地衣芽孢杆菌添加组最佳。To study effects of the synbiotics of xylo-oligosaccharide (XOS)and Bacillus licheniformis on growth per- formance and immunity and jejunal structure of chickens,three hundred 40-day-old Dongtai chickens were randomly di- vided into five groups with 4 replications of 15 each.The trial groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.015% XOS,0.25% B.licheniformis,O.O075% XOS+0.125% B.licheniformis,O.Ol125% XOS+0.1875% B.licheniformis, respectively,while the control group was only fed the basal diet.The results showed that: (1)the average daily feed intake of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱwas significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈 0.05) ,and which of groups BI and IV were very significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈 0.01);the average daily gain of groups I , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and 1V was 5.66%, 4.37%, 11.41%, 11.84% higher than that of control group, respectively (P 〈 0.05 ) ; feed/gain of groups Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and IV was 6.95%,6.28%, 12.56%, 12.78% lower than that of control group,respectively (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 O.O1).(2)the index of spleen,the index of bursa of fabricius of groups I , II , Ⅲ and IV were higher than those of control group,but the differ- ence was not significant (P 〉 0.05 ), and the index of spleen of group I and the index of bursa of fabricius of group Ⅱ were 30.12% and 25.52% higher than those of control group,respectively. (3)the jejunal villous height and the mucosal thick- ness of groups Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ and IV were larger than those of control group,respectively,and the cryptae depth of them was lower than that of control group ,respectively ,and the villous height of group IV was significantly higher than that of control group(P 〈 0.05).The conclusion was that the effect of 0.01125% XOS+O.1875% B.licheniformis adding group was the best.
