摘　　要：学校变革型领导属于第五代领导模式,在社会转型的大背景中,研究学校变革型领导是时代发展的必然趋势,也是学校领导模式转变的重要基础。分析学校变革型领导的研究成果,把握学校变革型领导研究的发展趋势,厘清既有研究的主题内容与相互关系,回顾学校变革型领导研究的主要观点,对于新时期学校领导模式的转型、提高学校领导效能具有重要的参考意义。Reform leadership in education is the fifth generation of leadership. In the broad context of social reforms, research into the reform leadership in education is not only the inevitable trend, but also the fundamental basis for the shift of the educational leadership model. It is highly informative and necessary to analyze the research findings of the reform leadership in education, to grasp the trend of research into the reform leadership in education, to clarify relationship between the current research subject and contents, and to review major opinions on this research topic so as to better understand the reform of educational leadership in the new era and improve the its efficiency.
