摘　　要：通过对博士研究生创新能力的外显载体创新成果进行指标化操作,同时根据专家访谈和实地调研,将博士研究生创新成果分解为学术论文、会议论文和发明专利等三个维度八个项目,运用层次分析法将博士研究生的各类创新成果进行数值化表达。提出博士研究生创新能力影响机制的三个假设并选择合适的模型,将实地调研的数据运用多元线性回归和典型相关分析对选择模型进行验证,对得出的结果加以解释。This paper assesses Ph.D. students＂ innovation against predetermined parameters, categorizes their innovation as journal papers, conference papers and patents, and presents their innovative achievements in numerical calculations, based on results from field research and interviews with experts. It puts forward three hypotheses influencing Ph.D. students＂ creativity, chooses appropriate models to verify the collected data through multiple linear regression analysis and canonical correlation analysis, and finally explains the empirical results.
