摘　　要：阐述一种视网膜电图强度－反应曲线的拟合方法，并用此法分析了10例10只特发性黄斑裂孔患眼及其对照眼的视网膜电图b波强度－反应曲线的三个参数，观察到在黄斑裂孔患眼Rmax值下降有显著性P＝0．013 。This study presents a fitting method for the intensity－response curve of electroretinogram． The data of b－wave amplitudes from 10 eyes with idiopathic macular hole and their contra－lateral contrast eye normal were analyzed． It was observed that the Rmax decreased significantly P＝0．013 in the eyes with idiopathic macular hole．
