摘　　要："工学交替"是高等职业教育畜牧兽医专业培养生产一线高技能型人才的主要培养模式之一。在"工学交替"的实施中,存在诸如校企目标不一致、学生职业目标不明确、学生教育管理难度大、师资力量不足、考核不科学等诸多问题。论文在初步探讨上述问题产生原因的同时,提出了解决问题的主要对策。Abstract：＂Theory into practice＂ is one of the major training modes for cultivating high-tech talents of animal husbandry major in vocational and technical colleges.In the process of ＂theory into practice＂,many problems were exposed,such as,the inconsistent aims of companies and schools,unclear career objectives,difficult management of students,faculty shortage and unscientific assessment.The article discussed the causes for the above problems and simultaneously put forward the main countermeasures for these problems.
