摘　　要：水泥搅拌桩作为常用的软土地基处理方法,近年来在深圳地区得到广泛应用,并取得良好效果,但同时也出现了许多质量问题。本文基于多年工程管理经验,论述了水泥搅拌桩施工中常出现的质量问题,并提出从施工准备到工后检测全过程的质量控制方法及控制要点,为施工管理人员加强水泥搅拌桩质量控制提供宝贵经验。Cement mixing pile, as a widely-used treatment against soft soil base,has been largely applied in Shenzhen. As it delivers fairly good performance,some quality issues have emerged at the same time. The paper elaborates the problems frequently occurred in cement mixing pile construction and with the help of the author＇s broad experience in engineering management,the paper proposes the quality control methods and the controlling techniques suitable for the whole engineering process, from preparation to the acceptance afterwards. These can be of great value for the improvement of quality control on cement mixing pile.
