摘 要:以单输入单输出线性系统SISO(Single In Single Out)为例,利用VBA控件工具箱进行界面设计,然后在Matlab中编写封装模型算法控制MAC(Model Algorithmic Control)、动态矩阵控制DMC(Dynamic Matrix Control)和状态空间模型预测控制(SFPC)的控制器。以二阶系统被控对象为例,在PowerPoint软件中调用Matlab控制模块,对被控对象进行仿真发布,并且对比PID控制算法和典型预测控制算法的控制效果。通过该仿真发布系统仿真分析,结果表明了典型预测控制算法在快速响应、稳定性、鲁棒性方面均优于PID算法;SFPC的效果要优于MAC和DMC。Based on single input single output(SISO)linear system as example,the interface is designed with VBA control toolbox.The controller with model algorithm control(MAC),dynamic matrix control(DMC)and state space model predictive control are programmed in Matlab.The controlled object simulation is distributed with adopting Matlab control mode in PowerPoint software with taking second order system controlled object as an example.The control effect is compared with that from PID control algorithm and typical predictive control algorithm.By comparing the result from simulating distribution system,in terms of fast response,stability and robustness,the typical predictive control algorithm is better than PID algorithm.The control effect of state space model predictive control is better than that from MAC and DMC.It provides some theoretical basis and reference for control algorithms selecting for industrial production process in the future.
