杨桃多糖的免疫活性研究

摘　　要：通过对小鼠的脏器/体重比、胸腺指数和脾细胞中的IL-2和IL-6含量测定以及足跖增厚法、小鼠鼠碳廓清实验,结果发现,各剂量组的脏器质量和脏器/体重比值、胸腺相对重量和胸腺指数与对照组相比均有显著性差异(p<0.05);杨桃多糖各剂量组的吞噬指数比对照组都有增加,中、高剂量组有明显差异;杨桃多糖中、高剂量组小鼠的IL-2和IL-6水平均显著高于对照组。说明杨桃多糖对小鼠单核-巨噬细胞的吞噬功能有明显的增强作用,对小鼠的细胞免疫功能有一定的增强作用,可以显著增强组成机体特异性免疫的细胞免疫功能,对机体的特异性体液免疫应答有增强作用。The effect of immunity function of mouse by Averrhoa caramhola L. polysaccharides, foot pad increasing and carbon granula engulfing were observed, and the ratio of organs to weight, thymic factors, and contents of IL-2 and IL-6 were determined. The results showed that the mid and high dose of Aver rhoa cararnhola L. polysaccharides could strengthen the mouse weight and ratio of organs to weight of mouse （p〈0.05）. The mid and high dose of Averrhoa caramhola L. polysaccharides could strengthen the thymic factors and the immunity function of mouse （p〈0.05）. The experiment of effect of Averrhoa car amhola L. polysaccharides tincture on carbon granulation sweeping away of mouse showed that the mid and high dose of Averrhoa caramhola L. polysaccharides tincture could strengthen carbon granulation sweeping away of mouse. The mid and high dose of Averrhoa caramhola L. polysaccharides could strengthen the content of IL-2 and IL-6 of mouse. So the results showed that Averrhoa caramhola L. pol ysaccharides could strengthen the immunity function of T cells and B cells.
