摘 要:为保障固体充填开采岩层移动控制效果,采用理论、实验和工程实践相结合的研究方法,在系统的分析了综合机械化固体充填质量影响因素和岩层移动控制机理基础上,从岩层移动控制理论、充填质量设计、充填质量控制和充填质量效果监测角度,提出了固体充填质量控制体系框架,详细研究了框架中以采定充、夯实应力和充填质量监测系统等关键技术,并建立了充采比定量模型以及夯实应力的估算公式,构建了井下固体充填质量监测系统。将提出的充填质量控制体系框架应用于平煤十二矿工程实践,取得了良好的工程效果。In order to ensure strata movement control effect and practice, quality influence factors and strata movement by solid filling mining, by combining the theory, experiment control mechanism were analysed by fully mechanized solid backfilling. From the aspects of strata movement control theory, filling quality design, filling quality control and filling quality monitoring, solid backfilling quality control system framework was put forward in this paper, at the same the key technology was studied in detail which contained the relation between coal volume and filling, dynamic com- paction and backfilling quality monitoring system. The quantitative model and the formula of the dynamic compaction were established. The underground solid filling quality monitoring system was built. Finally, the backfilling quality con- trol system framework was put into using Pingdingshan twelve coal mine engineering practice, which can obtain the good engineering effects.
