摘 要:为寻找影响井下湿喷机喷射性能的关键因素,通过Fluent软件对影响喷射性能的因素进行仿真分析,得到文丘里喷射器喷嘴位置是影响喷射性能的关键因素,在仿真分析的基础上进行了样机试制,对不同的喷嘴安装位置进行了9组实验。实验结果表明:喷嘴位置是影响文丘里喷射器喷射性能的关键因素;当喷嘴位于文丘里喷射器入料口左壁面时,物料产生返料现象,不适合喷射物料;当喷嘴位于文丘里喷射器入料口右壁面时,由于喷射量小,亦不适合喷射物料;当喷嘴位于文丘里喷射器入料口左壁面28 mm时,文丘里喷射器流量达到3.60 m3/h,效果显著,喷射条件较稳定,符合湿喷机生产能力的要求。The paper studies the factor influencing the spray property of underground wet concrete shooter and obtains that the nozzle location of the venturi ejector is the key factor influencing the spray property. The software Fluent was used to simulate and analyze the influence factors of spray property. Based on simulation and analysis, the prototype of venturi ejector was trial-produced, and nine groups experiment were carried out in different nozzle locations. The exper- imental results indicate that the nozzle location is the key factor influencing the spray property of venturi ejector. When the nozzle locates in left side of the feeding inlet, the air reversing is serious and it is not appropriate for spray materi- al;when in right, the quantity of injection is minimum and it is not perfect for spray material;when the nozzle locates in 28 mm to the left side of the feeding inlet, the quantity of injection is maximum(3.60 m3/h), the effect of injection is remarkable and the condition of spray is stable, which accords with the production requirements of wet concrete shooter.
