摘　　要：研究了大型浅圆仓机械入粮对稻谷整精米率的影响,探讨了储藏期间粮堆内粮温的变化和冷芯范围的大小,对储藏期间稻谷的脂肪酸值进行跟踪监测。结果表明:浅圆仓机械入粮未对稻谷整精米率产生影响;大型浅圆仓密封性和保温性能优良,对延缓稻谷品质劣变有很好的作用。Sound rice rate affected by mechanical process in the squat silo was studied, the temperature change of grain and the range of cold core in grain bulk had been explored, the change of fatty acid value of paddy had been monitored. The results showed that bulk paddy conveying process haakno effect on the sound rice rate, large squat silo had excellent performance of sealing and heat insulation which will delay deterioration of rice quality in silo well.
