摘　　要：高校要适应高等教育的发展,实现其人才培养目标,加强实践教学是关键环节之一。结合北京联合大学实践教学的管理经验,提出了教育环境再分析、行为对策及修正、理念凝练与强化、机制建立与运行为内容的"实践教学四步曲"理论。这些新的理念为其他高校完善实践教学体系提供了有意义的参考。In order to adjust itself to the challenge of higher education and to realize the goal of talent cultivation ,a critical problem for an applied university is how to reinforce its construction of a system of teaching practice . With the experience accumulated over the past years in the applied arts comprehensive experiment teaching center of Beijing Union University and its operational mechanism been thoroughly explored and analyzed ,the theory of “Four quartets of practical teaching” has been put forward here .It includes“further analysis of the education environment , behavioral strategies and correction , concept refining and strengthening ,mechanism establishment and operation .” These new ideas and practice provide useful guidance for the construction of teaching practice systems for other colleges and universities .
