摘　　要：为管理好高校贵重仪器设备、提高设备的使用率、避免设备的闲置或重复购置、避免国家投入资金的浪费,对电子科技大学已有的贵重仪器设备管理制度进行了分析,从制度和人事管理相结合的角度,从共享基金重点资助和专项资助与面上资助相结合、激励与约束措施相结合、加强贵重仪器设备的过程管理、加强对贵重仪器设备基层管理人员和技术人员的考核等方面,提出了贵重仪器设备管理制度需要修订的主要内容和加强高校贵重仪器设备管理的措施。The resources of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities are the material basis for teaching and research ,and managing the resources in one university is a duty for the state-owned asset and laboratory management division .This paper makes some suggestions on how to strengthen the management on valuable instruments and equipment from regulations and practices ：distributing open fund emphatically than equally ,uniting inspiration and punishment ,enhancing process management and intensifying administration on technological teachers .
