摘　　要：高水平的高校教学管理是提高高校教学质量的保障。依据教学管理人员应具备的素质以及教学管理中出现的问题,提出改善高校教学管理队伍创新性建设的具体措施:重视教学管理队伍建设,优化教学管理环境,强化评价激励体系,建立继续教育体制和调整心理不适状况。A high level teaching management of university is the guarantee to improve its teaching quality. Accornding to the qual- ity that teaching management staffs should have and the problems arise in teaching management are concrete measures put forward to improve the innovative construction of university teaching management team： attaching importance to the teaching management team construction, optimizing the teaching management environment, strengthening the evaluate- incentive system, establishing the continue education system and adjusting psychological discomforts.
