Beyond冷光美白术联合祛氟剂治疗氟牙症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察Beyond冷光美白与祛氟剂联合治疗氟牙症的临床治疗效果。方法将60例氟牙症患者完全随机分为试验组和对照组，各30例。试验组患者用Beyongd冷光美白仪配合祛氟剂进行美白，对照组仅用Beyond冷光美白仪美白。治疗结束后采用Vita比色板比色，计算各组色阶提高值和有效率，并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后，试验组有效率和总有效率均高于对照组[43．3％（13／30）比16．7％（5／30），83．3％（25／30）比43．4％（13／30）]，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。试验组和对照组治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论Beyond冷光美白术联合祛氟剂脱色协同治疗氟牙症有良好临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Beyond cold light whitening combined with deflu- oridation agent for mottled enamel. Methods Sixty patients with mottled enamel were divided into experimental group （n = 30 ） and control group （n = 30）. The patients＇teeth between 14 to 24 and 34 to 44 in experimental group were treated with Beyond cold light whitening combined with defluoridation agent; control group was treated with Be- yond cold light whitening only. After whitening, the color change of the test teeth was recorded by Vita tooth guide. The increased color gradation and the efficiency were calculated and analyzed statistically. Results After treat- ment, the effective rate and total effective rate in experimental group were higher than those in the control group [43.3% （13/30） vs 16.7% （5/30）, 83.3% （25/30） vs 43.4% （13/30） ] ; the differences were statistically significant （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. No adverse reactions occurred during treatment in experimental group and the control group. Conclusion Beyond cold light whitening combined with defluoridation agent have good clinical effect on mottled enamel.
