摘 要:目的研究从枇杷果渣中提取果胶的最佳条件。方法以不同的酸进行酸解,再进行正交试验以优化提取条件。结果亚硫酸(H2SO3)是最适宜的酸解剂。结论从枇杷果渣中提取果胶的最佳条件为:pH 1.5、提取温度95℃、提取时间2.0h、固液比1∶30,在该条件下,果胶得率为15.29%,经脱色、脱蛋白、透析、盐沉淀、脱盐、洗涤干燥后,果胶得率为9.50%。Objective To study the optimum extraction condition for pectin from Eriobotrya japonica residue. Methods Different acids were used to acidolysis the residue, and the orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction condition. Results It was found that the optimal acid was H2SO3. Conclusion The optimum extraction condition were 1.5 of pH, 95℃ of extraction temperature, 2.0 h of extraction time and 1 : 30 of material-liquid ratio. Under these conditions, the yield of pectin was 15.29%. After the decoloration, deproteinization, dialysis, salt precipitation, desalination, washing and drying, the yield of pectin was 9.50%.
