摘　　要：高职院校环保类专业"工学结合"人才培养模式,将学校的教学资源和企业的生产资源有机整合,提高了学生综合素质,企业也能在人才储备,技改、产品升级等方面得到提升。"工学结合"需要校企双方紧密合作,在人才培养方案制定、实施、考核等方面开展工作,最大限度地实现双赢。The environmental protection specialty in higher vocational schools put into use the personnel training model of school-industry cooperation, The integration of resources school teaching and enterprise production resource, improves the comprehensive quality of the students. In the enterprises it can also reserve personnel in the aspects of technological innovation, product upgrades, improve. The close cooperation of school-industry cooperation, in the formulation, implementation, evaluation and the other work, maximize the realization of the win-win in the personnel training plan.
