摘　　要：创新精神与创新能力是时代发展的必然要求,是21世纪人才培养的重点。文章结合本专业人才培养方案的修改、完善,进行教学改革与实践等情况进行介绍。探讨加强实践教学改革,培养学生创新能力的实践。Innovation spirit and ability are the inevitable requirement of development and the key of the cultivation of talents in the 21st century. The teaching reform and practicing were summarized based on the modification of the professional training scheme. And how to strengthen the practice teaching reform and develop the innovative ability of students were studied.
