摘 要:植物光合与水分生理特征是植物逆境适应能力评价的重要参考指标。通过监测植物叶水势和光合作用,探讨了干热河谷3个主要植被恢复树种的光合与水分生理特性时空变化规律的灌溉效应。结果表明:灌溉能有效地提高供试树种在3月干季和5月干热季时的叶水势,能显著减轻或解除木豆、大叶相思和印楝在干季或干热季节所受到的光合抑制,发现灌溉效应在干热季节更为显著。灌溉有利于干热河谷逆境条件下的植被恢复。Plant photosynthesis and transpiration are the important reference indices for evaluating the adaptable ability in adversity.In extreme environment,the soil water condition often becomes the key factor that decides the success or failure of reforestation.Soil water effect of photosynthesis and transpiration of three tree species for vegetation restoration in dry season,dry-hot season and wet season of the dry-hot river valleys was analyzed.The results showed that,Comparing with nonirrigation,irrigation could effectively improve leaf water potential of the tested three tree species for vegetation restoration in dry March and dry-hot May.Irrigation could significantly relieve photosynthesis restrict from dry-hot stress in dry or dry-hot season for Cajanus cajan(L.) Millsp.,Acacia auriculiformis A.Cunn.and Azadirachta indica A.Juss.in Yuanmou dry-hot river valley.The effect extent of soil water difference caused by irrigation on photosynthesis ability was more obvious in dry or dry-hot season than in wet season,while wet season came,the dry-hot stress got relieved,the effect decreased at great extent or disappeared.Whether in dry,dry-hot season or wet season,irrigation all promoted transpiration rate(Tr) of the tested tree species which was accordant with the change of net photosynthesis rate.The change of water using efficiency(WUE) with irrigation was relatively sophistical,the effect was different with different tree species and seasons.
